Can "Wild Chakra" be a temporary card? For example: I received card #4 and the "Wild Chakra" is in place of it. Can I exchange it and use it instead of another number?
It works as a wild for any number. It can also be moved from one number slot to another if you happen to get the first number where it was sitting. Have fun!!
