No need to drive up the canyon...go to hwy 93 and iowa...cross 93 and hit I think canyon and park in the housing area ...Better views to begin with

And better is Galbraith from the Nightbird...right from a housing area then hit the loop going counter clockwise...the trail doesnt hit th true summit but there is an unofficial trail up to the true summit

Nope it's doing the high hurdles every step..before the floods the old trail was pretty easy...after they had to reroute the trails

Thanks for posting! I'm from this area and stupidly have never hiked it, yet. Haven't watched the entire thing but watch out for rattlesnakes everywhere along the front range, especially by creeks!

Ive been in that exact spot! About 5 years ago before moving to CO. Beautiful.

I hike to be outdoors away from city life and to see things you just can't see from a car. Most of my hikes have been on trails near where I've gone car camping. That hike looks fun. If you enjoy suspension bridges, Capilano Suspension Bridge in Vancouver BC Canada is a bucket list hike.

Apologies for how dark parts of this video are. I am still learning how to video and "exposure" settings were a little foreign to me at the time😂. I have improved since this video. In fairness it was a mostly overcast day and in the trees, but I could have increased the exposure setting.
