Furthermore, how can we have young people go on stage, whether they are he, she, or they, on stage when they are still in puberty or some are still changing. I personally find that irresponsible. It's better to do 8 years of training, start at 17 and have incredible skills than to start at 14 with a level that is not particularly above the rest.
