Fancy-schmancy preview of my project look-n-feel. The pedal was intended to alternate bellows of the instrument as it was done in Russian Electronic Button Accordion "Topaz". Although it's really tricky to get used to and I don't use the pedal when I play.

For some time already I'm working on self-made Midi Diatonic Button Accordion, here is some music I'm playing on it. The device is a MIDI keyboard in a Diatonic Button Accordion (Garmon or Garmoshka) -like enclosure. This version is based on Arduino Micro Pro, and self designed PCB with Gateron Red switches as keys. The device is recognized as USB-MIDI device and all the sound comes from the PC...

Strange...for some reason when i try to open the exe file. I get an error saying the code execution cannot proceed because ffmpeg.dll was not found

Я так понял, прога только находит конфликты.. которые потом сам удаляй? Она не может как-то моды автоматически перегруппировать и пофиксить?
Автоматически пофиксить не может, можно конфликтующие файлы просмотреть и переложить автоматически в отдельную папку.
the zoom out in detailed view is not enough and there is no way to move around the web of connected files.

This is sooooo helpful. I just did a mod dump into my game and any and everything i remotely liked just put it in my game then started her up with a tiny prayer hoping it would just work or at worse better scans would catch what didn't. Well 30 minutes into better scan loading i found this. I should be able to knock this out in 20 minutes. So excited.
I think it's time for you to update this video. There are some parts that you moved to fast for people who have never used this tool before..

when i download the link and unzip it i see the sims mod assistant exe but i can’t click it
Are you on a Mac? The application will only run on Windows since it is a exe file.
I knew it my system would always fuck something up, I literally followed it step by step and in the beginning where I had to open my mods file in the sims assistant it said nothing can be found. Wdym nothing I have over 30GB mods 😭
It didn't work for me either. It keeps closing out without loading anything up. It'll show the time remaining and just cuts off.
I support this project, this compact and digital recreation of an acordeon still sounds like the real thing and it seems like it will be much cheaper than an actuall acordeon while keeping all of the improtant parts. I should add that the way it works is also interesting by itself
How are you making the sound? Through a midi? Through a pnone app? Are you changing the pitch of a prerecorded key on a microcontroller?
Hi, the sound is synthesised though Kontakt on the PC. Technically the accordion is just a midi keyboard.
I use keyboard buttons right, red switches. But PCB is my own design.

I have an issue. When I open a large item with a lot of files, the detailed list expands out of my viewing range, and I can't get it back, so I can't tell what the conflict is. Any help you can provide for that issue?

So I noticed you opened/executed the app in your regular Downloads folder, then very quickly hopped to the Mods folder for the game...do i need to put this folder of your app INSIDE the mods folder?
No, the app is standalone, youcan put it anywhere you want)

Сделал бы трехрядную клавиатуру, а то всего две октавы поместились на двух рядах. Приходится мелодию ломать.
Это же гармонь а не баян)
@@blagovdaryu Вроде как у него клавиатура двухцветная, то есть имеются диезы и бемоли. У гармони их нет, там звукоряд другой. На гармони некоторые песни нельзя точно подобрать, так как нужных клавиш нет, она упрощена до предела.

@@blagovdaryu Хорошо слышно было, как играя Катюшу надо было взять высокую ноту, но он её не смог взять, клавиатуры не хватило. А вот трехрядный баян, а у него именно баян позволил бы иметь 3 октавы и играть всё что угодно в простом исполнении. Я немного учился на баяне в юности, правда уже лет 40 не держал в руках. Но есть гитара...

Great Project. Keep at it. Chin buttons not viable. Use Right thumb buttons just behind the keyboard. Bellows? Yes, but does not need to be full size. Just enough to add dynamics. Pay attention to the ergonomics of hand positioning and positioning on the chest or thigh. Very worthy of your continued effort.

skipped files are just files that were found by the soft, but they are not mods. You likely won't need to do anything to them.

Теперь любой гармонист может с такой гармонью - мидиклавиатурой работать в любом музыкальном редакторе - Cakewalk, Qubase, Nuendo, Reason и прописывать партии инструментов любыми звуками, играя при этом на привычной гармошечной клавиатуре. А баянист Владимир Бутусов показывал на своем канале похожую миди - клавиатуру, но в виде баяна. А ещё он рассказал, что в любой акустический баян, аккордеон или гармонь можно также установить миди- системы. При этом эти инструменты могут играть как акустические ( есть встроенные микрофоны) , как чисто электронные,( но при этом электроника активно реагирует на движение меха и на силу нажатия на клавиши и инструменты звучат почти как живые), и как акустические с электронной подзвучкой. На таких инструментах уже вполне можно играть вживую и выступать с ними на сцене.
