    How much fuel pressure is required in this system?

    • @bigblockkev
      @bigblockkev 9 днів тому

      60 lbs.

      @@bigblockkev yeah so does the Fitech dual quad power adder system. I ran the 2 throttle bodies with a single fuel line up the back of the blower. Just one clean line. The filter returns the fuel and regulates at 60psi. I mounted it back by the tank. So just a single feed line. Some one went to a lot of trouble to shave the firewall so I kept it clean and mounted nothing to it. I like the hat....I may have to use one on a future build.

    Love the look of the wheels and tires. Thinking about purchasing these (gun metal version) rims for my 2010 inferno orange camaro. What was the exact version of the Michelin Pilot Sport tires you purchased? I saw the size, just curious what Pilot Sports u went with.

      Went with pilot sport 4s. They didn’t last long tho. Soft compound. Rears lasted me about 8 months. Daily driven.

      I'm considering Nittos . It is garage kept with only 49,000 miles. Mine is about 500 hp to the wheels and about 500 torque as well. Drive it maybe once a week. Thanks for the feedback.

    Looking good Kev! The carbon wrap not only looks great but it helps to darken up the interior. Defintley a welcomed change and should make the cab feel a bit more homie once you get seats and stuff in there. Cant wait to see that motor get dropped in! Also shoutout the Bucket Jack 🤣

    All these complains from this guy are his personal issues. I fit in mine, I don't use the trunk, I knew what I was getting into with the MPG before I bought mine, it's a sports car not a luxury car, and don't waste your time owning one if you can't afford it like that guy, but he is right about one thing.... it is a bad ass car.

    Personally the only couple downsides I've had about the car the blindspots, and maybe the electrical problems. But other than that it's a pretty good bang for buck car now a days. Could use better seats, just your normal wear and tear is all.

    I brought one of my cars to have the oil changed by a shop. The next time I did the oil change. The shop put my oil filter so tight. I could not get it off using my hands. It was horrible tight. It does not require that to be so tight. Just hand tight.

    Ik im kinda late but i just followed everything in this video changing my oil for the first time on my 5gen ss(L99) and my first time changing my oil by my self in general. Pretty much did it exactly like you did here and im seeing people in the comments now saying not to jack it up on the driver side and to do 8 quarts instead of 7. I only bought 7 quarts today and the dip stick seemed at the right level but I was wondering if I should still go get an 8th quart tomorrow and add it? and I was also wondering if I got a good/full oil drain since I jacked it on the driver side like you did?

    • @bigblockkev
      @bigblockkev 4 місяці тому

      If the dip stick shows the correct oil level, then you are good to go. Don’t worry about all the keyboard warriors. Most of them don’t even own a Camaro.
