Try and get as many clans as you can and just defend your fiefs (go to a fief under siege and click break into the defense and click send troops and it should go pretty well)

Are you Blacksmithing, If your not getting cash from winning battles then smithing is the next best option. you need two or three million at least to start a kingdom, and lot's of diplomacy skills and friends.

@@thomasmain5986 shit i didn't know now i ended up joining the western empire because the aserai took all my fiefs.Thewestern empire is doing pretty good with 13 towns next time ill make sure to be a millionaire before i do my own kingdom again. Thank you

@@georgekantartzis Having good relations can make passing charm checks to get other clans to join you is helpful as well. Getting clans to join you successfully is dependant whether they have any fiefs, how much money they have, their relationship friend/enemy with their faction ruler, and if they are related in blood by any way to the ruler of their faction they wont betray him. Their price depends on several of those factors as well as how many clan members they have, the more they have the more expensive they are. The current game version doesn't let kingdoms declare war on non kingdoms if you dont have a massive crime rating, so if you take over a few towns that are rebelling you can cheese and declare war on one kingdom without worrying about having the other kingdoms declare war on you in the meantime. You wont be able to pass policies or create an army but you can use your party to fight against that kingdom until its destroyed.
