I think Megaman (Rockman) & Zero are humans. Not robots. They have human hair, eyes and faces. ...and souls. Probably... Sigma was the mysterious robot "X" of the readings in the beggining of the game, the first of the new generation of robots that coud think by themselves. (But without soul, because they are robots. They can have a VERY complex and advanced "programation" or "software". But no "heart/soul") For example, Sigma or the another eight robots masters would never sacrifice themselves for save a friend. Because they haven't any... because they don't feel. Because are robots. Without soul. Rockman and Zero are the only "aparently robots" that have feelings / soul ...and flounting hair ...and "breasts" (Zero has green "breasts". Because is a woman. The way Spark Mandrill and Flame Mammoth's faces are shown here makes them look like Shadow of the Colossus game over screens to me.

The amount of details in mmx's stage select...the small bios on each maverick, the map showing the stage's locations in relation to one another-none of it feels required, but it's definitely one of the things that makes this my favorite megaman game!

1 - 4 are the best mmx games imho. One of the best series too imo. And definitely my favorite video game characters (X, Zero) along with mega man himself.

A friend brought this over to my house back in March 1994. When he left I begged my parents to get it for me as I was a huge Mega Man fan. I got it that summer and played it nonstop.
