how do you do the elbow counter after the "X, Y" turn claw? it seems like it goes through enemies "hyper armor" when you do it. I'm struggling against those enemies like the first mini boss of the club, anything I do get's absorbed by their "armor" and the only strategy that works for me is to parry them or dodge and hope that my hits connect, but most don't stagger and just get's absorbed while they continue their combo animation

Me and essentially my entire friend group are doing each stage one by one deathless. We restart the hideout and go throigh the entire level again no shortcuts if we die on master difficulty.
