I really felt that spirit of despair & heaviness until about minute 28:00 “Do you know what is needed in our day and age?” Christians putting on our garment of PRAISE to replace the spirit of heaviness. - Isaiah 61:3 The closer we abide in Christ, who is the Way, Truth and Life, the better we can detect the lies.

Jesus, said: * Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or what all the prophets before me brought, but to fulfill it. * (Matthew 5:17)

When Jesus , returns to earth ( his second coming ) , Why he will say to those who took him as " God " or " Lord "? : * On that day many will say to me, 'Lord , Lord , did we not prophesy in your name , and cast out demons in your name , and do many mighty works in your name?' And then I will declare to them , 'I never knew you; depart from me, you evildoers *. ( Matthew 7:22).

I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan . Allah (God almighty ) ,says : * Abraham was neither a Jew nor a Christian, but he was a Hanif Muslim and was not a polytheist * (Qur'an) ------------------- Islam means: complete submission and obedience to Allah - God (Almighty). ((Who Our Christians brothers call :"the father")))

This is exactly why conservative christians should not be in charge of public policy. The White evangelical worldview has deep contempt for this life in the here and now, and only values prebirth and afterlife. 😖 Why is abortion a "national sin" that must be solved by court decisions and state laws, but mass shootings and gun violence and police brutality are "bad apples/lone wolf" and are personal problems that only Jesus can fix in an individual's heart? Why are abortion and homosexuality the only sins? When I was a kid in the 70s, greed used to be one of the 7 deadly sins. Now, the prosperity gospel says greed is a sign of god's favor. So folks admire billionaires like they are righteous. 😖 It's a dangerous path to imagine that our fellow citizens are under "demonic" influence. This is how genocides begin. We must not demonize and dehumanize our neighbors. This is the danger of religion. Secular government is far from perfect, but it is the best tool we have to promote the general welfare and protect human rights and liberty for all. 💖🥰

This is great. The gentleman from Discovery said so many things that I haven’t heard others say, especially the info on Mike Pence. Apparently, he and I are the only ones who remember that. I’ve been against Mike since then. Also, I know what he was saying about how Francis Collin’s impacted the nonbelievers in his field as he rose to the top. They probably just saw him as a Christian they could get along with. That was exactly what I thought when I met “Christians” before I was a believer. Now that I’m born again and living for Christ, I see they weren’t Christian at all. I don’t consider Francis one either. I don’t think you can say you belong to Christ when you disagree with everything He says. They’ve forgotten the Master part of Lord and Master is just as important for salvation.

Thank you for the lovely sermon. I call this my salvation Psalm. I prayed to God, How He can know so much about me? He, amidst my cry, showed me this Psalm. I then started my loving relationship with Him more abundantly. He is the one who saves. Praise Him.

Pastor, I saw the "American Crooks" that preyed on the poor in Kenya when I lived there. They also claimed exaggerated evangelism results, which when they returned to U.S.A.there was no change in lifestyle among their "converts" Long term missionaries had to mop up the mess when they left.. Thank you for telling the truth on a lot of short term tourists who spent more time in the safari parks than really conveying the real gospel.

Thank you Pastor Flowers for this always timely and timeless message. What shall we fear that man can do unto us! Those whom are attacking and devouring these little ones, it will be better for them that they have a millstone hung about their necks and be cast into the sea. Thank you for balancing the fate of those who would cause these little ones to stumble with Christ's command that we love our enemies and pray for those who curse and persecute us. I have been reading and meditating upon Matthew 5:43-48 this past week and listened to a wonderful sermon on loving your enemies taught and preached by Sinclair Ferguson. With all that we have been forgiven of while we were yet sinners and enemies of God, we must forgive, love and share the good news of Christ's atoning sacrifice with those who are perishing. Just in case you happen to read this...Looking forward to having some Pho with you soon...LOL... Peace out brother.

From the description of the Christ's theophany as described in Daniel 10:5-6; Revelation 1: 1-17; Matthew 17:2; Ezekiel 9:3-4, could it be concluded that they are One and the same as the man in Mark 14:50-51? Could it be said that since it became inevitable that Jesus had to go to the cross and die, but that the God part of Him had to be separated from the man part that had to pay the sin wages for the world? He was infilled by the Holy Spirit at baptism, and He had to go to the cross as a man, and God the Father had to forsake Him until the 3rd day, when He was resurrected with His glorious body and ascended back to heaven, to His Father? Just appeared like Melchizedeck, who had neither beginning nor ending, but He is the Beginning and the Ending. The first Adam was naked, and a sinless animal was killed for him to be clothed, so also, was the last Adam, He was slain for believers to be clothed with the righteousness of God. He would be clothed with a glorified body three days from then, as He resurrected from the dead, and wipe off all shame of nakedness of sin and its consequences, from His people and restore them to the former lost glory.
