I grill a 1 1/2 inch steaks for a total of 4 minutes. 2 minutes per side. Grill must be extremely hot. Slight turn after one minute to get perfect grill marks. Perfect medium rare ✌🏽
I heat up the grill for 15 minutes. Then it is very hot

No salt or pepper brother??
I salted the steak heavily with coarse sea salt 2 hours beforehand. The salt has dissolved completely.
Flipped too much, too often
I had to. The rost is on the lowest level. Otherwise it burns.

Wie genau kriegst du die so schön hin? Bei mir ist immer der Boden schwarz, oder alles andere nicht durch genug. Haben auch einen Napoleon grill + diese Steinplatten
Den Deckel nicht öffnen. Ansonsten geht zu viel Hitze raus und die Pizza wird von oben nicht fertig. Max. 300 Grad auf dem Stein. Das gleiche Problem hatte ich auch.
@@bbqkenny i use a pizza oven and the stone is at over 400 degrees but the bottom is completly not browned while the top is perfect, i have tries turning my oven off so there is no added heat to the top and cooking it much longer but that still doesnt work

Why flank? Title says Entrecote Steak from Germany (Deutsche Färse)
I do the same in my cast iron skillet and dont need a specialized grill for it
But thats another flavour.
@@bbqkenny yeah, of course. But i am sure i am not as much of a grill fanatic. I get it with smoking, you cant replicate it, but with a gas or charcoal Grill and a short sear the difference is not striking enough for me to go the extra mile to go outside and fire up a grill when i csn just turn on the stove.

Yeah, it only takes seconds to sizzle the beef. I turn the beef every 15s.
I love me some plain unseasoned steak😐
It is seasoned with salt for 2h. While resting I seasoned with Peppers and herbs.
At the start it Looks Like a burned piece of Wood then it Looks so yummy😅
Yeah its sooo fast. Most of the time its resting.

Add the remaining ingredients and knead. Leave to rest in a warm place for 40 minutes. Form dough balls of 90g each. Use it directly or store in the fridge until ready to use. Preheat pizza stone to 300 degrees.
