@@POVtruckingeurope Go for it brother. You probably know this but simply staying in a caloric deficit over time is all it takes to lose fat. A little bit of muscle can be lost too due to the caloric deficit so you could do some lifting if you'd like to keep your muscle mass from reducing. I don't know if I'll remember to check back for your vlogs in late August but if you want to remind me when the time comes then just reply to this comment thread with a reminder and I'll receive a notification.
