The lid needs to be clear plastic and there should be Aux out ports in back. Ditch the built-in speakers.
I have a white one that’s clear on the top. It works really well!
I think we did reach the pinnacle of access to music with the rise of streaming and it's gotten to the point that each song is handed down to subscribers that streaming platofrms handpicked becomes boring. Sorting through the shelves of a record store to find the record I like is always a therapeutic feeling at least for me.
I agree, I’ve used streaming apps for as long as I can remember but man, finding a Dystopia CD album at the record store was a whole different feeling, I really didn’t expect to see it there, it was like finding treasure. I’ve been hooked on buying CDs ever since 😂

I wanted to buy vinyls, but for a variety of reasons I ended up going with CDs Instead, but since I enjoy the vinyl aesthetic, why not get one of these? They do look cool and certain models that offer the vinyl player look are well-made.
Some people like the lower price and convenience of CDs 🤷♀️

omg I actually think the stylus may do that. If you pick the stylus up it may have a mechanism that skips in angle. So it detects movement in the angle it moves in and you get the track!

Hold the edge of the cd with both your thumb and ring/pinky finger. Place your index finger at the center hole of the cd. Push with your index finger and pull with your thumb and ring/pinky. Done.
