awesome
That’s amazing!!!!
Thank you for this information. Just wanted to clarify that even though you’re pulling these these jars out of the pressure canner they weren’t canned together as they likely had different canning times.
@@chatterbugmm No, they definitely weren't canned together. They were all cold jars that had been canned previously, at different times. I just thought it would be a cute way to show a wide variety of the foods which CAN be preserved through canning in each canner type! Thank you for watching!
@@chatterbugmm Similar foods in the same size jars CAN be canned together in the proper canner, as long as the processing times are the same. For example, you can process a couple of quart jars of chicken soup and a couple of quart jars of beef chili together in the same pressure canner. Likewise, you can process different flavors of jams or fruits (in the same size jars) together in a water bath canner. Make sense?
Wheres the best place to get trees? I'd prefer bigger ones so they can start producing sooner than later.
I got some of mine at Lowes and some at Louie's Nursery in Riverside. Louie's only stocks trees that do well in our climate. Size isn't as important as whether the tree was grafted. Full size trees can take several years to produce fruit, semi-dwarf and dwarf can take a few years. Ultra-dwarf and some semi-dwarf s may only be a couple feet tall in a 5 or 10 gallon bucket, but already have fruit on them when you buy them.
Scarlet O'Henra 😍 I love Gone with the Wind! Are those 2 others Barred Plymouth hens?
@LadySpock Barred Rocks, Plymouth Rocks, Plymouth Barred Rocks....one in the same. They lay extra large brown eggs nearly year round.

I CAN take anything out of her mouth! Shes none years old and has never bitten anyone. It wasn't me she was groling at. It was the german shepherd who was watching her eat it. But thanks!
Wow, you should correct that behavior immediately. That is no way cute or funny. That is a bite and an ER visit and the way that you correct it is by taking it and showing you own it and the dog has to sit before it gets it back then if he grows again, you take it show that you own it then he can go into a sit and then he can have it back and you keep rewarding him when he doesn’t grow at you
