Yes, there are. One is Perry Homes in the community Veramendi is one of them. They have a few different elevations, and one is the Farmhouse style. Here is a link to a video where I covered them. I'm interested in new master plan communities in the area between NB and Canyon Lake, Gruene, homes by Lake Dunlap or Comal River. Won't be for a while until I'll buy a home, but I am looking around at those areas.

@@ypcomchic this community does have and HOA. If there are amenities in the community like this, then there is most likely an HOA. There are communities without HOAs.
