With 104,000 got .in like 2020or so.good deal.traded in a 2009 is250 awd.they finish paying off like 6000 on it.good car .just keep carbon cleaning every oil change i would say..easyier maintnance diy kind of stuff ..id say def get one if u find it .keep it up and u will love it

My 2is has 175k MILES now so almost 300k on your ODO 😭😭 I’m abusing this 20 year old car as my daily & it still runs perfectly. As you said, no leaks, issues, anything.. just an oil change every couple thousand miles. I really can’t believe it.. At first I didn’t know if it was the right choice. But I’m so glad I got a Lexus & not a Nissan/ Infiniti/ Subaru/ Bmw.. it’s not as flashy or fast but I can still modify it how I want & most importantly, I know it’s not gonna break down on me. Take good care of your Lexus & you won’t regret anything !!

The blend door you’re not supposed to force open… when you are going to replace the filter, you click the recirculating button and it will open the door and give you access to the filter. I’ve replaced mine 2 times and I have a 2008 and mine works perfectly

i have an imported RHD 08 is250 - and the sticky dash is horrendous, tried a few options to fix it with dash kits etc. Sorta helped sorta didn't since it's shiny now. So I ended up buying a dash cover to resolve the glare and the sticky dash. Sorta like a Band-Aid fix but there's nothing much I can do unless i swap it since cleaning it removed the coating and makes it all rubbery and kind of nasty... Oh yea the seats not going down kinda sucks but its a nice change from daily a modified 05 is300 that was kinda quick and great at corners.

I have one aswel only negative I have with it is the sticky dashboard. Which wil result in cracks etc.

I have the VVT rattle issue when I start. Mostly warm after shutting off for a few minutes.

The only downside is the fuel economy. Around 500km per tank for me. 50/50 highway. I don't think Ill ever sell it.
