I'm curious if you looked into the impact of anti-PEG antibody responses following repeat dosing on the half-life of the micelles in plasma? I can easily imagine it going either way, that either antibody binding to the micelles could either increase stability and half-life, or it could reduce it by marking the micelles for ingestion by macrophages. I imagine in a clinical context it would be important to deliver multiple doses, so I'd be super curious to see how the particles perform on repeat dosing. :D

I was in the same situation while finishing up the PhD. I knew a big shift in personal and professional life was coming up, so I started doing my homework. Reading a few books before and after defending helped to put me on a path, so I'm sharing my list here: 1. The Milllionaire Next Door by Thomas Stanley 2. The Automatic Millionaire by David Bach I also started listening to Dave Ramsey Show via UA-cam and that led to a host of other podcasts. Having done a PhD helps, though. Living on a meagre PhD stipend for half a decade likely has taught all of us how to live modestly. We can keep doing this and use the surplus money on paying off debt and investing.
