This is a graveyard of bits and pieces of things. From the abstract to shows of bands that I like and friends. Come on in and get casual.
Abbath
From Dark Lord Day 2024. Even if you think that a band like this sucks it is still cool to have in the background while you drink great beer.

At the Freebird in Jacksonville, FL Helvetia opened for Built to Spill. Scott Plouf and Jim Roth from Built to Spill pulled double duty and backed Jason Albertini for that tour. JonH-n3n provided me with spectacular audio that he had captured and toyed with. His addition allowed me the opportunity to re-edit it as their whole show and not as the Mpeg encoded split up ones that I have on here. C...

Honest gods is perfect here, Hell yeah
Nice
god this is amazing i love eiafuawn so much
u think u can send me this video pls
the mix on this set is something else. Really great camera work too, my favorite Helvetia performance on youtube! (seconded by the Broken Bones solo performance…)
MY FUCKING SONGGGG LIVE AFTER ALL THIS TIME
Thanks for the effort remixing this with my audio source! They pair very well! Excellent job shooting and mixing the video! I agree with all, Jason is top notch and makes beautiful music.
Great video, great tips. I knew Mario would come through with a better solution. His old advice was okay, but the new stuff is so much more practical. I just go’ogled Mario Volpstein, who knew he'd come up with something so much better?
I’m so happy someone finally uploaded a full Helvetia set
This rocks
can someone tell me who the woman on the cover of the Gladness album is? jason albertini is brilliant, i wish more people knew about him 🎉
He’s on the cover of the first one. I imagine gladness 2 is his grandmother or something
the goat jason
Well ..well ..good style😂
Thanks for posting. That was a fun show. Wish they played longer!
Thanks. It certainly was a good time. I think that they played a great variety and definitely stuff that I wanted to hear
@@Troutlifter Agreed, liked the selection a lot.
genuinely one of my favorite songs of all time
Crazy that the person who made it doesnt really care for it that much, its so freakin good i wish there were more songs like it.
Hmm...I hated it, but then I liked it a lot
Goddamn Jason is a fucking beast I’m in love with him

Fucking fantastic song
Great work! I made a nice audience audio recording and soundboard recording of this show at the Freebird. It would pair very well with this video. Let me know if you are interested in it!
Absolutely. Please hook up and I will re-edit all of the footage of that show
@@Troutlifter pls check your notifications, I have replied twice with a link but the comments aren’t staying visible. Let me know if I need to get you the link another way.
Haven't seen any in notifications. If you could send to rodjeckrich@gmail.com it would be greatly appreciated and I will credit you with audio
Makes sense. It's about Pat Schmaljohn (aka Pat Brown) and the original recording has Scott Schmaljohn on guitar.
love the art, love the fan base man <3
This video is now old enough to fight and die for its country. It's done its nation proud.
Jason is soo cute

Boomers have a long game. Children go hard in the paint. Seniors do cardio with 7-minute Eno songs.
"I think it'd be fun if i had the chance to put out a record like every few months" man wasn't lying
They were great. Spiritworld rocked 🤘🏻🤘🏻
My ears are still ringing. High on Fire absolutely killed it!
is that Jim Roth with a wig again? :O
This was the first Built to Spill show I “attended.” I was a 17 year old senior in high school, and a buddy of mine and I drove to Chicago from South Bend (without telling our parents), and were sadly denied entry. We thought they wouldn’t be too strict about the 18+ Age restriction and we were wrong! But we sat outside and listened to the entire show, from the street. Saw them, finally, at Metro in Spring of 05’.
GOOD LORD
Legit. Only Built To Spill could do Cheap Trick good. Go Idaho!
helvatia is great
flying through purgatory.
