I remember reading regarding the creation of Doomsday and the creator of the character, Dan Jurgens, said that 90% of the character is a rip off of the Hulk. Not in a demeaning way towards the character itself, but Doomsday, in his first appearance, was this hulking, savage brute who just seemed to become more and more powerful the longer the fight went on. I could see this battle going either way. Doomsday's best bet is to go at the Hulk early on with every thing he has; don't let up and don't relent for a single moment. The Hulk's base level strength is far below Doomsday, though it increases radically as his anger, fear, frustration, etc. continues to build. However, it'd take some time to get to the level of Doomsday, or even possibly higher. The longer the fight goes, the better it is for the Hulk. If Doomsday doesn't end it within the first 5 or 10 minutes, then I think Hulk eventually takes it. In the process, Earth in and of itself is decimated by the force unleashed by their fight. In other words, we mere mortals are f***ed.

So Darkseid’s avatar almost destroyed Zeus and the other gods. Darkseid is powerful, indeed. 💯

I always root for the good guy, whoever it is - or for the lesser evil if good does not really apply. So while I rooted for Lobo when he fought Darkseid, I definitely wanted to see him plowed into the ground here. I wish the same thing would happen more quickly with the real bad guys of our own world, like Assad and Putin. Well, maybe some day soon Putin will get his own dose of deserved justice too. And Assad will get more of the same as well. Meanwhile, good fight. AI is still having trouble with portraying Lobo accurately though I see. Well, at least it wasn't as bad as a different channel where the AI took his name (which, after all, means wolf) too literally and made him look like a pumped-up werewolf... again. 🙂

Love the fight and the thought, but sorry no one is dodging the omega beams. Other problem the hulk has is the omega beams can do all sorts of nasty things. The fight would not end with darkseid running away. Darkseid would teleport the hulk into a star or wtv. One more thing is darkseid cannot be beaten by strength alone. He has to be outsmarted. Strength alone isn't enough.
