We used to have family in New Mexico and would come out for the Balloon Festival every year. A trek up to Sandia Crest was always a highlight of the trip. We miss it!

After serving my hitch in the Navy from '69- '73 and Vietnam, I moved out of Massachusetts and never returned. It's been over 55 years now since I left, this was a great road trip, but it might as well have been Cambridge England for all I recognized. I used to take the bus to my job in Allston every day up and down this very road. I lived in Jefferson Park, AKA "the projects", went to M.E. Fitzgerald school there too. I'd like to post a memorial to a schoolmate of mine from "Fitzie" at this time, his name was Frank Paul Jenczyk, Jr Private First Class B CO, 2ND BN, 39TH INFANTRY, 9TH INF DIV, USARV Army of the United States Cambridge, Massachusetts March 09, 1947 to *KIA May 10, 1968* FRANK P JENCZYK Jr is on the Wall at Panel 58E, Line 15 Frank, remember sneaking smokes behind the gym? You still owe me a pack of Luckies pal, I'll collect when I see you on the other side. Hank M. USN 1969- 1973

I love home aka scissor canyon that drive is forever engraved into my brain as I've driven this exact drive my entire life I take it for granted untill I see things like this thank you for bringing my home into the world with the video it's nice to share what I see daily as I didn't realize anyone would get anything from it as it becomes a hindered task for us from the village we don't associate with many ppl outside our families not even online I feel separated from the world up here this reminds me there are ppl outside my lil circle that could enjoy our lil piece of the pie

10:33 tall, skinny building in the corner is where I lived for all of 2021. It’s MIT student grad housing, known as site 4 and the tallest building in Cambridge. Kendall Square is really amazing. If you’d turned off of Mass Ave after the dome, you would have run into all the huge biotech companies, Google, Facebook and Microsoft around MIT. It’s a shame you spent so much time in the Harvard area.
