Isn't there a bit of a political agenda from the left where the narrative is Dyslexia and other learning disabilities aren't really disabilities after all. We're told to describe these conditions as "neurodiversity" rather than the debilitating, confidence sapping, conditions they often are I take a long time to process, but I'm relatively articulate and can write lucidly (it just takes many many many attempts to wordsmith my sentances to a point where they convey the message I'm trying to convey). I'm fairly good at seeing the big picture too however, there are plenty of neurotypical people who can do this relatively painlessly without the baggage. I'm also dyscalculiaic (if that's the right word). It makes life very tricky and has led me to second guess almost everything I do; which is exhausting. I have led a fairly unfulfilled life in awful low paid administrative roles, (albeit, protected by employment law). I also believe the high anxiety and depression I've suffered, including two major burnouts, are directly attributable to my "neurodiversity conditions". I firmly believe that if there are roles which nuerodivergeant people are well suited to, these should be highlighted and encouraged whilst children are still at school. Conversely they should be let down gently with regard to roles they should not be employed in. I doubt the Armed Forces can say this explicitly but there should not be any neurodivergent people in charge of operations or navigation on RN ship bridges, the same goes for things like air traffic control. In another life I would definitely prefer not to live in the confusing world caused by these disabilities

Hi I started 20mg Tamoxifen in March 2024 since then I am having side effects like headaches, diarrhea hot flashes through out the day,vision problem, pain in calf and knee. In August I started taking half of Tamoxifen pill it's all.ost coming 2 months know all my symptoms have gone away I feel great. Yesterday I had appointment with my oncologist I generally asked her I'd she can reduce my dose of Tamoxifen from 20mg to 5mg or 10mg but she refused she said it won't work. I want 2nd opinion is this ture or whst about if I took whole tablet on Monday and miss on Tuesday and take again on Wednesday will this work. What about if I change my lifestyle eating habits do regularly exercise and took herbalist advice and fellow there diet plan and take herbalist medicine can half of Tamoxifen work even by 5 or 7 percent is this possible. Can you please advise me .thanks
