    Hello we have a 1995 f150 I believe on the back of the wiper motor threaded stud you mentioned a clip? What kind of clip? And pics not a threaded Nut? I believe owners the clip either broke or popped off any help with this? Thank you.

    If you like the one wiper on the Jag, you gotta see a mercedes W 124 chassis. It has one wiper, but it does a little dance during it's sweep to cover more of the windshield. It's really fun to watch.

    Thanks for the tutorial. This was the only video I found that showed how to remove the air intake on the xjr. I wasn't quite sure how the bottom was mounted on and being a 20+ year old car I'm not trying to man-handle anything and break plastic/rubber. But with your video was successfully able to proceed to remove it. Thank you!

WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE!!!! I can drive it with full power now. MY BLACK LENA is sooo much better! Oil change on July 3, 2024 too. There was a broken calliper holding my drivers side front wheel back. In 1969 while in Vietnam in the Marines I sent 90% of my money home to buy a new XKE on my return. To make a very long story short, the money wasn't there when I got back. Life got in the way and I never got that XKE. 52 years later I came across a one owner 1995 XJS convertible with 4.0 with 58K. It was love at first sight, I drive the car regularly with the top down most of the time. I recently repaired the AC system myself as the local Jag expert couldn't after three tries. I couldn't have done it without the help of "community" as you put it. One of my favorite things about the car is that I can drive all day and not see another one like it. A young lady in short shorts and long legs was checking my car out at the gas station the other day, now if I was just 40 years younger........................

    Do you need to drain it at all before you drop the pan? Otherwise, when you drop the pan, doesn't fluid go everywhere? Newbie here with a 94 F150 XLT 5.0L AT... Any other tips to avoid botching this? :D

    • @LowTechGarage
      @LowTechGarage 24 дні тому

      @@lukeconnolly most the pans don’t have a drain plug unless they’re aftermarket. So dropping the pan is how you drain it. Hope that helps, it’s a messy job.
