The College of the Canyons International Animation Festival (IAF) is a gathering featuring aspiring, young student animators. The festival highlights young artists looking to continue learning their craft and building a community. IAF features aspiring animators who are community college, high school, international, and four-year university students. This festival is also breaking ground as a showcase for films centered around student causes, specifically animated films exploring the topics of Climate Change and Contemporary Social Media Issues. IAF showcases these often-underrepresented students to give them the opportunity to present their films for awards and recognition.
