These are my favorite boots ever. I hope they make a version that goes a few more cm up the leg for more intense hikes and increased ability to keep out water (crossing a stream). Make the tongue gusset as high as possible

I'd love to see a test done with continuous flexing. I find that a lot of waterproof shoes can't hold up to moderate use.

Please make a skateboard shoe extra wide sizes like this, us skateboarders This would be a game changer. Would need some type of protection for heal bruises. We don’t have any wide sizes for state shoes, skateboard industry needs this, much better people would be able to skateboard if their toes weren’t getting crammed together

With a brush? Strange, for example with S3 (water-repellent safety shoes and hiking boots) I read that a brush should be avoided at all costs as the waterproofing would be destroyed! Especially with safety shoes, which you can apparently never remake yourself! And never use shoe polish that is greasy and needs to be rubbed in! (waterproof) ? My "Be Lenka Trailwalker 2.0" were through after about 10 minutes of heavy rain and I was standing in a puddle and my cotton socks were soaking wet! And all this despite the umbrella!

I wish these weren't USD 169. Really curious to try them out. No idea how worth it they are - they just seem really cool and unique. I'm at a point where I'm usually not hiking in boots anymore, and have done some completely barefoot. I'd be curious if these would hold up to some of the rougher terrain or climbing over scree/rockfall?

Hi, nice review. I received my Trailwalkers and they are more adorable in person than in photos. But 2 things I don't like. 1. The rubber cover on the front tends to bend down giving me the sensation of touching the shoe a little with the 3 side toes, so I would have to go 1 size up even though the length would be fine with this one. 2. there is a step along the seam of the bed of the shoe, creating a depression/lowering of the central part. I notice it less with the insole (quite thick), but it is still annoying, it presses against the metatarsal head of my big toe and under the outer edge of the foot, without the insole it actually gives me pain. Given the high price I expected it to be better made, totally flat, like the Wanderer. 3. The stitching of the tongue creates a very evident and protruding double layer of leather. I have a medium instep but that's the only narrow spot. As soon as I put it on I struggled to get it all the way in. Now it has adapted a little but it is still pronounced and stringent. Therefore I would not recommend this shoe to those with medium/high - high insteps. It's a shame, because it's a fantastic shoe for everything else, I would say unique

FYI, not every printer can print borderless (for example mine, even though it is a decent Canon printer), therefore the size guide is pretty useless which is really frustrating. What are the first guy's boots?

I just purchased a pair in red. I was looking for something I can wear hiking. I have a size 46 which Is after sizing up. I measure 45 on the be lenka size chart for length 27.3 and 10.1 cm wide. 28.5 is 12 mm longer so I went with 46. I tried them on barefoot, too big and too wide in the arch area this way. With nice cozy wool socks, they seem to fit at least in the toe box. Toe box is great and my toes do not rub against the end of the boot which is refreshing. It is a lot of extra material on the tounge, and makes it hard to lace up correctly. I wish the tounge laid flat. I have low volume feet almost flat footed, and the area with the arch is not wide, my heels are also not wide but I have thick ankles. Im undecided about this boot because I feel it could form to my foot better, its wide everywhere not just the toe box.
