SO i recommend you get with me u new fee life time quality of life coach, and i will tell u all u doing wrong, now, with u diet, sleep, and exercise, i recommend, get with me after oly and i can get u health n body back in shape and get off that crazy hi fat bad for u diet u on, now, by 1. GOOD DIET - HAVE a GOOD DIET vegan is best,- with me stop that crazy diet , of eat a 4000 cal, before bed each night, stop, or else it will kill u, and get back on your regular diet, eat 2 balanced ( a balanced meal is one with at least 20 grams of protien and atleast 8 grams of fiber ) , and all uneed is 2 balanced meals a day, and get down to 2000 calories diet a day, on the back of cereal boxes, and take a good vitamine suplement each day, with calicum, ) for starters , u can buy 5 pounds pea protien and use that each day to make u 2 bkfst n dinner, with at least 20 gr protein, so u have 1000 cal per meal for the 2000 cal plant based diet, for u diet n food intake each day, 2. stop eating any food atfer 8pm each night, tolet u body get all food out of u stomach, each night, since it takes protiens 4 hrs to get out of u stomach, so u go to sleep every night with no food in u stomach, so u body can spend all its energy each night, while u sleep, recharge u batteries, so u feel rested when u awake each morning, , and not spend u energy digest food in u stomach, and stop eating food u not like, eat after u not eat for a whilen afteru execise, during the day only, nnot after 6 pm. and not eat to much, only a balnced meal, with 20 gr protien, and atleast 8 gr fiber, and , so not eat best n healthiest foods n not to much, just right and only 2 bal meals a dya, in am n 4 to 6 pm and not eat any food azzt all after 8 pm, just fruit n drinks , no carbs after 6 pm every day. YOU SHOULD NEVER EAT ANY FOOD U NOT LIKE TO EAT OR ENJOY EATING, OR NEVER EAT TO MUCH FOOD , AND NEVER EAT LATE AT NIGHT. AFTER 6pm. Gett food combo for beginners info from me and follow it now, for u best diet , n stop eat all the hi fat fodo late at night with no exercise, at night, , and eat 2 balanced meals a day with at least 20 gr protien n at least 8 gr fiber at 10 and then at 4, and nothing after, and about 1000 to 2000 cal a day. 4. Get good EXERCISE at least, 3x a week, walk, 1 to 3 miles, bike 1 hr or 10 miles or jog, for 1 mile for at lest 3x aweek , every other day, to get u heart rate up and keep it up at least 3x a wekek, every other dya, , some, each day - get back in shape by doing some lower and upper body exercises , at least 3 x a week, every other day is best, and u can do like i do bike 3 x a week for fun, for about 1 hour , of bike, 10 miles, or 1 hour walking, about 3 miles, or u can run, about 1 mile, on elipptical machine is best, you can also get u rec daily, exercise ( walk at least 1 mile a day ) from doing fun activities or fun sports too, 5. SLEEP - get good sleep each night to feel u best , by: 1. not eat any food after 6pm each night 2. eat goof food combos only i have list, 3. eat only 2 balanced meals a day, with at least 20 gm protien n at least 8 gm fiber, per meal , and eat cal based on u planned phy act each day, and nothing after 8pm. 4. get good exercise each day n week, 5. have comfortable matress, with dark ( the darker the better and wear eye cocers if u room, gets lightin mornign, u need pitch black, foir best slep. nsp use eye cover to goet it, use eforeu go to bed n when u wake, to min u dreaming, each n am n can rob uof good sleep , get it , cool ( less than 76 F, , 74 f, best ) , get it quiet , do not sleep in bed with any others, , if can, especially if u bed small, or they snoor or toss n turn n each n night, and keep u up ech night, or get upa rt noght to use bathroomn wake u up each time they do, of u can hear noises, that keep u up, do not sleep in small bed, or with others, sleep alone, or in big bed with seperat queen matrees, that do nto touch, , if u have any of these things i mentioned, stop them, or correct them, so u do get the best night sleep each night,
