The Recovery Center of Hamilton County is a Peer Run Organization that supports residents of Hamilton County (Ohio) who are working on their recovery from mental health disorders.
Our Mission is to offer an environment of learning that promotes wellness and personal growth designed to empower individuals in recovery to live more meaningful lives in the community.

Oh my, I think I have the summer version. Never thought about it before. Just chalked it up to the terrible heat, overwhelming brightness, tiredness from sunlight, and coincidental exhaustion, demotivation, and summertime sleepiness(sun makes me tired, night owl).
This is Brian. I know exactly how you feel. I love Spring but Summer is a marathon of tolerance for me. My body just can't take heat sometimes. It just saps me. You might want to look into that. As always, we advise not to self-diagnose. Do you have a care team? Stay safe!
