William Padilla-Brown is our speaker. William has been turning his focus to truffles and recently returned from Europe where he was presenting in Italy and then researching Truffle cultivation in Spain. He will soon be featured in a PBS documentary about Truffles. Some of the footage was filmed in New York and then Oregon, where he attended the Oregon Truffle Festival. Any topic Will is passionate about, we want to follow.
