This is very true. I live in the municipality and did my national service also at the Assembly. I was part of the monitoring team and had the opportunity to visit all these project from onset, with the MCE AND MP Hon. Nana Agyei. The Npp have done marvelous well across Ghana. The forget the expansion of the oyoko chips. I still have pictures of all this projects in my laptop.
