🔥what happens when you don’t trim a brisket 🚨🚨
I had no plans on doing a no trim brisket video, but I had to since the brisket came out so nice out of the package. @GulfCoastSmoke #trifecta #southernhospitality

this is a seriously beautiful cooker bro!
Thanks brother it’s a bit overkill, but my motto is GBOGH 😂 ! Thanks for watching
This is definitely old school trail style Chili bro! This looks fantastic!
My bad that I didn’t reply sooner. Thank you everyone else though so also, everyone but the judges well at least the one who gave me all 1’s🤷♂️
I’m gonna have to try your recipe! Looks delicious. Is that your deuce?
@@googiecue thanks you it’s way different than your average chili. I call it a Tex-Mex blend. You mean the trike? No unfortunately no
@@elbarriocookers4393 sweet! I like the idea of Tex mex chili. I meant the army truck in the background
@@googiecue no that belongs to the the VFW HALL but that’s where I set up all the time because there’s a hidden power outlet there. Thanks again and welcome to the weekend
Great wedding crashers reference lol. Judge scoring all ones? …He must have expected beans in it haha. Looked awesome to me!
That’s amazing! Chili looks great!
@@SJCOOKS thanks for watching. This one came out better than the video I just posted this morning 🤷♂️
🏆 Congrats El Barrio, to you and the whole crew!!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼...I seen you talking about if you should post the video on Simon's live...You got to let your subscribers know of the victories you've earned!! 🏆🏆🏆 🥈3 first & 1 2nd place is something to brag about!! Glad you finally posted this Amigo!!! 👊🏼🍻
Yes sir will do. I need to make more time to compete, but it’s a lot of work when you are a one man gang! Thanks for watching amigo
@@elbarriocookers4393 👍🏼✌🏼
How can you pose a question without a review?🙄
Looks tasty
@@prevostandbbq4451 thanks for watching. It was simple but very flavorful!
That turned out fantastic brother. I saw you in the chat on Sleeper's live stream. Just joined your family and looking forward to waht you make next.
Thanks for the sub
😂😂😂😂😂
That looks great dude. "Prime Rib" is not a "grade", it's a cut. You can have a Prime Rib from a Select Grade.
Thank you CJ the family really enjoyed it. And at the price it has a better flavor 😂😁
Take my money dude!
🤣
As a trained BBQ expert in the psychological, social, physical, and emotional fields I can confidently say… I don’t know what the hell I’m talking about.
Lol thanks for watching.Look and excellent execution on my left had glove installation😂 and that is why I can barely walk and chew gum at the same time
looked good
Man, those legs looked darn good. It was a smoked drumstick which got my dad into smoking meats which then got me into it as well. Good stuff!
Hermano! That was a Big cook for a good cause. All looked delicious! 👍🏼👍🏼
Thank you Hermano all honor and glory goes to our Risen savior!
Looking good brother!! I love that smoker!!😁👍
Thank you sir I appreciate it & on the smoker it’s an oldie but a goodie thanks for watching
Some good yardbird right there! 👀 🐔🐔
Thank you! I’ve always served chicken like this dunked in my bbq sauce and it’s usually a big hit, but I always make a tray of no sauce and give them the option of pouring it hot or on the side we aimed to please
Food looks great brotha 🔥
Thank you bro keep those sausages smokin I need to get on that level 👍
I used to use the Killer Hog AP and BBQ rub, I went away from it maybe I should check it out again. What's in your sauce (if it's not a secret)?
Thanks for watching, I use a base bbq sauce and just thin it out with different liquids and seasoning’s cherry coke, etc
This looks awesome!
Thank you!
Team #1🏆...El Barrio Cookers!!! Congrats guys!!!! and on your first time trying...Wow I know it had to be exciting! Awesome job👍🏼
Thank you NBL! & it was exciting not knowing what to expect. I’m glad the chili came out better than my video recording & editing skills 😂 thanks for watching.👍
Congratulations on the 1st place!
Thank you Dash! Keep those good videos coming

Aye Yo! I'm family where is my Carne Asada?
If you ever find yourself in Houston you will have a plate waiting for you amigo!
looks great
Thank you!
Those were great calls, congrats!
Thank you James! The little changes I did had big results.
Looking good brother!!😁👍👊🍻
Congratulations 🎉
Thank you!
Congrats! From the looks of everything you totally nailed them all. Your brisket looks exceptionally good. And now I have to get one of those electric knives.
Thank you! I did a lot of little things different that paid off. Those electric knives help a lot it keeps you from touching the product with your hands.
Great work bro! Can't wait for the next video!
Thanks bro! Onto the next one to get better. Thanks for watching.
Looked like you had a great day, congrats! Liked the video, thanks!
Thank you sir still learning, but yes it was a good day thanks for watching
Promo SM
Ooh thank you for the information!
Sweet equipment!
That looks delicious.
Thank you sir

You have skill. That makes quality irrelevant.
Ah yeah gas
Hey I know that guy from smoket bbq we’re friends on Instagram and I picked up food from him one time 👍
That’s awesome. I usually like to go around and meet everyone and wish them luck. Everyone was having a great time and a laid back competition it’s all done in one day on a Saturday
This is a beauty
Awesome congratulations ✌️
Congratulations
Thank you sir!
This is amazing
Thank you a little overkill but a deal I could not pass up
What part of Texas you call home
Houston
Hey we are gonna have a Houston Prevost meet up at the end of October just outside of Brenham Tx if ya would like to come out and see some Prevost’s.
Hey man as long as you learned something from this, then it wasn't a fail! Maybe try offsetting them from the direct heat some and slowing them down a bit more to hopefully get more smoke and less char on them.
no fail here i would smash that so fast
Never a fail, just a learning curve 😁👍 rack looked pretty darn good to me, maybe a lil split of wood next go👍 thanks for sharing brother, have yourself a great one, you all stay safe!👊🍻
Since I was trying something new they were actually pretty good on flavor & tenderness for over the fire cooking. I was thinking I could get the same results as a drum smoker but definitely not. Thanks for watching
Sent over here by San Joaquin Valley, let's see what you got.
