How These 19 Year Olds Started a TACO Business
This is Ponchos Tacos. A taco stand business run by four high school friends. And they're only 19!
They make incredible birria tacos that sells out often at the Richmond Nightmarket. They even got the attention of media networks such as DailyHive, CTV, and CBC.
I got the privilege to interview them and also taste their birria tacos for the first time. It was also my first time trying birria ever, and it was amazing.
Enjoy the video :)

Just found you through Downie in his description and this is truly the best content I’ve seen in a while. Everything feels fake or not genuine on UA-cam now but this what videos on here should be. True passion put on film. Keep up the great work and I’m excited to see you succeed! 🙌
Oh wow, thanks Samuel for such kind words! I got more content coming so stay tuned :)

She's amazing!
Was I the only one who thought of facial facial?
🤔 Yeah. A relaxing facial at a spa. What else could it be?
Boss queen ✨
Indeed she is!
So good!
Thanks for watching!!
wow, this is crazy
She's a hustler !
Awesome people, what a story
Very cool people
What a story
Inspiring story for sure
the shoes, pants and necklace are awesome but the jacket is maybe a little bit over the top :D its a great jacket but it feels as it is too much
Hahaha it is definitely a statement piece!
No I’ll pay you 60$ for going out and finding this shirt so I don’t have to. Or can’t find it.
Yep!
This is my dream but I’m 27 and I fear it’s too late
Yo its never too late! 27 is so young man. Best time to start is now.
This subject is that everyone must have an internal monologue - I do not believe this. Constantly believing every thing can be communicated with and only with words is weird. Words are a crude and approximate description. Just because we can all use a few words to describe something in a very limited way, does not mean that person is using words in their mind. To me, people that can only "see" the world in words are very limited - no one needs or depends on an internal monologue. There are so many aspects of the world that cannot be modeled with words e.g. time, movement, color, sounds,/rythm, flow, clouds, etc etc. It is impossible to see/model these things in my head using words. It would take a billion words of endless detail to describe any part of nature. When you watch a leaf fall through the air, I dare you to say you used words (a facsimile at best) to remember that event. Words have such limited scope. Mostly I do not need them, even to cook . . . Do people really put words to every thing their mind contrives - they do not. They are only cognizant of a few words, not the full mind workings. Words are simply a superficial and very limited way of describing things. Words are only useful when communicating with others or writing notes to ourselves. I leave notes to myself that use no words - just things. I put a bottle cap at my front door to remind me to put the bins out in the (Tuesday) morning. You cannot describe things that are two or three dimensional, in words. I dare you - you can only use metaphors, similes, close examples, or symbols, ... Describe a square. Most people can picture a square, no word "square" needed.
good content but not enough clip farming
@@khanhji4933 ahahaha i gotta clip farm man. There's still more coming! 😅
i see rc thrifts videos on my timeline all the time, them having a good social media presence is definitely a HUGE factor in their business being this successful.
100% they know their stuff
that’s terrible, parasites basically
I appreciate your input! Could you explain more?
I love that movie
@@adotleeegetting stuff for $5 that is intended for underprivileged people and reselling it for x12 is unethical and not cool
I understand your concern! I can see where you're coming from. But not all of their clothing pieces sell at such a high margin. It's only for a few exception pieces. And even when they do, they spend hours searching for those specific pieces and they put in a lot of work curating for those pieces. They also clean up the clothing pieces, fix them up, and makes sure the condition is much better than before. Also, they explain later in the video that they often get their clothes from warehouses that are about to get destroyed or thrown away. I genuinely appreciate your comment though and thanks for bringing up this valid concern. I will admit I edited in a way to spark such conversations and purposely put that line at the start of the video. So thanks for chiming in :)
@@akbarsky8147 the biggest thrift store chains in the world dont cater to underprivileged people. they literally get all their stuff for free , donated to them, and they sell them at mark up. some "charities" like GoodWIll even have specialty boutique stores where they sell their high value items and have their own website to sell these stuff as well. and lets face the facts here, do you think these underprivileged people are looking for raggedy faded vintage clothes with holes and stains on them for them to wear? lol
Sick video drew! 🔥🙌
Appreciate you Isaac!!
Was just there a week ago! Sweet staff and great selection
They're definitely awesome people!
Great intro. Hooked me!
Glad it did! Had a lot of fun editing that.
Great vid HEHE thanks again for coming by guys!
Thanks for letting us interview you! Super fun time :)
Awesome! Looking forward to more! 👍👍👍
Thank you :)
awesome video! love this style!
Thanks Justin! More to come :)
I have no idea you could make that kind of money from selling vintage clothes! That's awesome!
They are real hustlers.
0:35 - you are talking like they have a disability. Most i.e. the majority of people don't have a voice constantly talking in their head. They can turn it on and off as needed. If you can't turn it off, then that's abnormal, and possibly a problem.
i think this guy has a inner monologue but is just confused
nice!
Thanks Johan!
Lol the war of art.
Do you like that book? 😅
Haha this is what i struggle with...😂😂i think its the impending feeling i have

That's what that 7-figure revenue let em get haha
Always high quality videos here, excited for the rest of the series!
Thank you daniel, more to come :)
That's right, most people don't have thoughts of their own or inner monologues, they will pick up on yours and say it out loud and they don't even know why they're saying it...😂
Unfortunately my inner monologue never shuts up lol, I'm still blown away by the fact that not all people have this ability
me too !
