How These 19 Year Olds Started a TACO Business
This is Ponchos Tacos. A taco stand business run by four high school friends. And they're only 19!
They make incredible birria tacos that sells out often at the Richmond Nightmarket. They even got the attention of media networks such as DailyHive, CTV, and CBC.
I got the privilege to interview them and also taste their birria tacos for the first time. It was also my first time trying birria ever, and it was amazing.
Enjoy the video :)

This subject is that everyone must have an internal monologue - I do not believe this. Constantly believing every thing can be communicated with and only with words is weird. Words are a crude and approximate description. Just because we can all use a few words to describe something in a very limited way, does not mean that person is using words in their mind. To me, people that can only "see" the world in words are very limited - no one needs or depends on an internal monologue. There are so many aspects of the world that cannot be modeled with words e.g. time, movement, color, sounds,/rythm, flow, clouds, etc etc. It is impossible to see/model these things in my head using words. It would take a billion words of endless detail to describe any part of nature. When you watch a leaf fall through the air, I dare you to say you used words (a facsimile at best) to remember that event. Words have such limited scope. Mostly I do not need them, even to cook . . . Do people really put words to every thing their mind contrives - they do not. They are only cognizant of a few words, not the full mind workings. Words are simply a superficial and very limited way of describing things. Words are only useful when communicating with others or writing notes to ourselves. I leave notes to myself that use no words - just things. I put a bottle cap at my front door to remind me to put the bins out in the (Tuesday) morning. You cannot describe things that are two or three dimensional, in words. I dare you - you can only use metaphors, similes, close examples, or symbols, ... Describe a square. Most people can picture a square, no word "square" needed.

I understand your concern! I can see where you're coming from. But not all of their clothing pieces sell at such a high margin. It's only for a few exception pieces. And even when they do, they spend hours searching for those specific pieces and they put in a lot of work curating for those pieces. They also clean up the clothing pieces, fix them up, and makes sure the condition is much better than before. Also, they explain later in the video that they often get their clothes from warehouses that are about to get destroyed or thrown away. I genuinely appreciate your comment though and thanks for bringing up this valid concern. I will admit I edited in a way to spark such conversations and purposely put that line at the start of the video. So thanks for chiming in :)

@@akbarsky8147 the biggest thrift store chains in the world dont cater to underprivileged people. they literally get all their stuff for free , donated to them, and they sell them at mark up. some "charities" like GoodWIll even have specialty boutique stores where they sell their high value items and have their own website to sell these stuff as well. and lets face the facts here, do you think these underprivileged people are looking for raggedy faded vintage clothes with holes and stains on them for them to wear? lol

0:35 - you are talking like they have a disability. Most i.e. the majority of people don't have a voice constantly talking in their head. They can turn it on and off as needed. If you can't turn it off, then that's abnormal, and possibly a problem.
