‏What the imam says in English he started recitation form chapter I of the holy Qur'an and part from chapter 6. Chapter I In the name of Allah-the most compassionate most merciful. All praise is for Allah-lord of all worlds, the most compassionate most merciful, master of the day of judgment. You 'alone' we worship and you 'alone'we ask for help. Guide us along the straight path, the path of those you have blessed-not those you are displeased with or those who are astray. From Chapter 6:147 But if they deny you 'O prophet Muhammad', say, "your lord is infinite in mercy, yet his punishment will not be averted from the wicked people." 148. The polytheists will argue, "had it been Allah's will, neither we nor our forefathers would have associated other with Him 'in worship' or made anything unlawful." Likewise, those before them rejected the truth until they tested Our punishment. Ask 'them O prophet Muhammad' Do you have any knowledge that you can produce for us? Surly you follow nothing but 'false' assumption and you do nothing but lie." 149. Say, "Allah has the most conclusive argument. Had it been His Will, He would have easily imposed guidance upon all of you."

On this recording that went viral, Imam Mehsas of Algeria was reciting Suraatul An'aam where the Ayat Hujjaj was orally mentioned which means CRYSTAL CLEAR EVIDENCE. The theme of the entire Suraah is Tawheed (The Unity of Existence, which emanates from the phrase There is no design but the One Design.) The Muslims must not lost sight of the fact that the political configuration designed by Allah for the Muslims in the Akhira is as an Ummatan Wahidah (Al Baqarah:213, Al Anbiya':92, There is no state but the One State), wherefore, a Muslim is, first and foremost, an UMMATI. To be an Ummati, in spirit and substance, in form and function is to be part of the UMMATAN WAHIDAH, either as a member or as a citizen. The act of becoming an Ummati is both a moral and political act which constitutes the pursuit of the path of Seraatal Mustaqeem (There is no path but the One Path). From the foregoing, it is CRYSTAL CLEAR that a Muslim from any country or territory must acknowledge and accept the fact of his/her being an UMMATI, principally and primarily, and secondarily he/she is a citizen of a particular country. That a Muslim or Muslims must endeavor to become part of the Ummatan Wahidah and every Muslim must support legislation to make his/her state a member state of the Ummatan Wahidah, a World Federation of Muslim States. This is the essence of Tawheed, Seraatal Mustaqeem and Ummatu Wahidah (World Muslim Community). Every nation-state's implied affirmation is found below. If a Muslim's affirmation is limited to his nation-state he/she has committed the sin of Shirk, a sin unforgivable in the sight of Allah. Every individual in this planet affirms the Power of One Principle, implicitly or explicitly. It is CRYSTAL CLEAR that affirming the principle of Tawheed and affirming the pursuit of the path Seraatal Mustaqeem a Muslim from any and all parts of the world must take cognizance of the existence and authority of the Ummatan Wahidah or a gravious penalty falls on those who are limited and defined by their respective nation-state. VERILY, THE ONLY VALID SHAHADAH IS THE SHAHADAH ORALLY DECLARED AND PERFORMED BEFORE THE UMMATAN WAHIDAH. For more info on membership, contact the Islamic Propagation Center of the Philippines.
