This is the Story of Stephen moving into Supported Independent Living (SIL). Steve's NDIS plan is managed by plan manage assist.
This is going to be a huge transition for Steve as he is used to his carers but not used to living with other people.
Over the coming weeks we will share Steve’s transition into SIL so other families of participants can understand how we manage this transition.
