St Andrew’s Children’s Society is the oldest Scottish adoption agency still operating. We help people to adopt and foster children who can no longer live with their birth parents due to a number of different reasons such as neglect and abuse. We also offer concurrency.

We welcome adoption and fostering enquiries from all members of the community including single people, those who follow a faith, those who don’t and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Everyone is treated the same.

We have an office in Edinburgh and one in Aberdeen and we help people to adopt and foster who live within a 60 mile radius of Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Elgin

We offer our families lifelong support and regularly run events to help our families. We also support our families on a 1-2-1 basis.
