I have this same Pineng model but it got fried while I was charging it due to voltage surge. Please, where can I get the replacement charging module? I have checked aliexpress and banggood but nothing.

Lots of things: take Li-Ion out of title. It's a lead acid battery. If you break open a sealed Li-Ion battery and inject water, you won't have enough time to run. Lead acid batteries create gas, hence pressure. Sealing it is a no, no. The cap that goes on the battery has a breather hole. Your solution needs to be sulfuric acid and distilled water. Your positive charge line and meter probe were on the negative post on the battery.

Don't do this. This is not "proper" as the title claims. Join wires properly and safely, or don't touch wires again before you injure or kill someone.

Do NOT use these methods for anything besides low voltage/current applications. If you're using 120vac, or high current stuff, I recommend using wire nuts, wagos, or crimps that are rated for the wire you need. While it _should_ be safe, you don't want to risk it and have an accident in the form of an injury or property damage

waste my time being an infomercial dolt! lol If you want to yank on your wires for no reason, use solder!
