I have got right ankle pain (front side) due to padmasana. What to do now
If you are getting pain while practicing padmasana that means you still need to work more on improving flexibility of your ankles and knees so start practicing ankle and knee mobility drills. it would be good if you practice agnistambhasana before attempting padmasana .
