It even disappointing surron ultra bee

I need to know for my son why should he get the mx5 because right now his mind is set on the e ride pro ss but he doesn't know which one to get so can I get why the mx5 is better than the ride pro ss and which one he should get.

Looking to buy a new emoto Dirtbike for next spring want something a little smaller than my 250cc 4 stroke Dirtbike and also quieter so I can rip the Neighbor discrete. This is definitely the bike to beat so far just the total package can’t wait for future videos. Definitely want to see how this stacks up against the other competitors!

I ordered a mx4 and canceled it at the last minute. Bought an eride pro and now this comes out!

I personally have a mx4. I really have no complaints besides the clunkyness/rattling I get from the rear end. *It's not the battery* I have an air wedge and foam pads, so it won't budge even if you wanted it to. Also the brakes. They put mountain bike brakes on a 150 pound bike that goes 56 MPH. That's just asking for trouble, in my opinion. I am so looking forward to more reviews on the mx5. Especially from talaria boys, as they are more in-depth.

I just bought a e ride pro few days ago from gritshift (hasn’t got to my house) should i return it when it gets here and get the MX5 or stick with the eride 2.0?

I have been locked in on the E ride pro as for the last week, but waited because this bike was going to release. Now I am leaning heavy towards the mx5. I may pull the trigger today. Luna cycle worries me though, I haven’t heard great things about them for warranty work. I think if someone like rev rides had them in stock I would buy it right now.

The link didn't work for the tire. What is the size? (Example: 120x90x16) im trying to find tires that will fit a 20x4 but the sizes are different as you know. Im new to this and very confused.

I think the smartest thing to do for Surron is to go bigger. hyper bee, it just makes me think it has to be a full size dirt bike that can compete with the varg, flux primo, dust moto. They already run the small bikes. The storm bee can’t compete with the varg or primo. And when the dust is in beta stages it will be better. It’s in alpha already putting up storm numbers.

yes it costs 50$ but you can get a chain drive kit for the ultra bee and you wont have to worry about stripping belts.

balance wires need to be short, the extra wire get you resistance and charging balance problems

there are those days that the best thing to do is park it. I've noticed with myself when it's hot, really hot anything that happens/goes on is/has quadrupled the already to a heat frustrated day ., The bikes also respond to the heat as well...the bikes have their own personality too.

Tbh seems like maybe some poor jetting but mostly operator error... I wouldn't give up on gas bikes based on this experience. You may have better luck with a bike better suited to dirt. Saying this as someone w dirt bikes and electric dirt bikes.

If you take the defective part out before disconnecting the wire it makes the job wayyy easier. And reattach the wire before replacing the part

You have to rejet the carb on these bikes from the factory. Its a well known issue. Its not hard. 6sigma jet kit on amazon comes with great instructions. Best of luck

You do not mention if your grid provider offers netmetering or not, that makes a lot of difference for judging the break even calculation. Sometimes there are extra fixed fees if you feed in too...
