Good tutorial. Great sound as well. Just out of interest, why did you resort to using your own script? I have played around with all the start stop options for a few days now. They are hard work. Terribly design overall. The worse is the default one built in and by default it powers down all your VMs in a resource group. Well done Microsoft for the cause of an outage for customers with out any warning whatsoever. That's great development. The powershell version did not work. The one that did the trick for me was the graphical runbooks. Thanks to the person that created those., the Azure automation Team. I guess some of you stopped smoking whatever you were smoking and got your act together with that one. I think the start/stop version that is built in will be improved. It is Microsoft though so maybe not. I think most of us have accepted the fact that even though MS dominate or saturate the market with their mediocre products we have no choice but to use them. A bit like Trump as president. The majority want him out but we know that's not going to happen, even after the election when he lost fairly.
