I have tried this schedule in a few differnt ways (from other creators) and I get the same results. The interest and principle do not calculate the same as what the financial institution has. The interest amount on my very first payment calculates at almost $100 less on the spreadsheet than what the financial institution shows and the the principal amount calculates higher than the finance company shows. I am so frustrated with this, I am hoping you can help. I also had to jack up the interest rate in the spreadsheet from 10.53% to 10.71% in order for the monthly payment to calculate correctly.... WHAT IS HAPPENING? Either I am doing something wrong or the fnance company is screwing me over....

What if your mortgage or car payment is biweekly. That’s how mine are. So some months it’s actually 3 payments vs two as well. Plus interest is paid faster on biweekly payments. Is there a way I can set up the excel sheet different to reflex biweekly
