I don't define "complicated process" the way you do. If somebody doesn't know HOW to do something, then it is complicated for them. This car comes with an "Owner's Manual" meant to be read. In it people can learn all about the features of the car including VOICE COMMAND. The trackpad is really there so you can set your personal preferences/your default settings. In the four years I've owned my LC the trackpad has been used less than ten times. In the very rare event that I set out and a cold snap zooms in unexpectedly, I can simply talk to the car. So, for instance if I would like the change the SEAT SETTING, unlike you who fiddles around with the complicated process, I press the TALK BUTTON on the steering wheel and say "Show Seat Warming Screen" and in an instant that screen pops up. Elapsed time so far...2.5 seconds from TALK BUTTON PRESS. I take my right hand, place it on the trackpad and with a couple of fingers slide them up a tiny bit and then say "EXIT". Elapsed time for the entire "complicated process" 3.1 seconds. My question is...why would anyone who is reviewing such a great car not mention this fabulous feature? In fact, a really good car reviewer could do an entire video on the subject of VOICE COMMAND and just how easy it is to use and how wonderfully it works. But, it seems all reviewers are lazy and simply want to tell their audience what THEY THINK, which as we now see, may not be totally correct. Next time a manufacturer loans you a car to review, why not be fair and honest? Learn about the features of the car instead of blathering on about a bunch of misinformation? Wouldn't that be the right thing to do?
