I do not know how on earth i missed this hairline when it was in Walmart,!!! I tried one product, the oil with amino acids and my scalp was overjoyed. I then went on an on-line Walmart hunt and tried the backstage styling system, moisture, moisture, moisture! I found and bought 4. I just washed my hair and I'm so in love with her products that I bought the shampoo & conditioner on ebay. I also ordered a castor oil shampoo & conditioner on her website. I love a line where everything works and works so well. I'm relaxed and just washed the hair mask off my hair, it's so lovely. Thank you Kim, your products are underrated and excellent!

Not the same experience in poinciana Florida. I went in there with my natural hair. First of all the Hispanics didn't want to tend to me. I was handed an afro pick to detangle my hair myself. I was told my type of natural 4C hair is problematic no one in the salon knows how to do my type of hair. After washing it, I was told they didn't have any conditioning caps. So, they stuck a plastic bag on my head. The Hispanics continue to say, they aren't paid for my type of hair. Yet, when I look on the walls there were posters of natural kinky hair throughout the salon.

You do great hair..but I'm highly disappointed in you for allowing your nail technician to low rate and clown your stylists like she did. She mistreated them so bad and the majority of your clients were people of color. You allowed her to attack people you didn't have the courage to set in your controlling order. You allowed her to attack your female barber because you didn't like how she move with her clients. You are money hungry. You then allowed her to attack your new staff which was horrible! Fake crying. You held your good stylists back but GOD gave them gifts and talents to provide. In all that your nail person did wrong you still kept her. She did the dirty work for you. That's why you kept her. Didn't you notice few celebrities came when you changed stylists? Awful. Terrible. So Congratulations Angela and Lisa B. Congratulations to all of the stylists she used and fired! I'm very disappointed. But that how they move! But GOD!
