That world is also depressing but we are not being hit back to back with it. Plus the Narrative always show the light at the end of the tunnels and seemingly larger than life figures being the shinning beacon like Nearl.

@@rpk321 that I disagree with at the end of every chapter someone dies and they die die not GFL die. Cause I’m GFL no one dies they disappear faking their death for some bullshit reason. But Arknights people die and they’re ass ain’t coming back. Ace and a small squad of soldiers burn to death protecting the others and covering they’re retreat. Chapter 2 misa I think was her name dies at the hands of chen trying to cover the retreat of the other reunion members after the death of her brother who died at Amiya’s hands. Then chapter after…. I forgot lol it’s been awhile since I played but then Frostnova dies in the doctors arms saying she’d love to join them then Patriot dies on his feet deciding to let himself die finally. Sorry I find Arknights far more tragic

@@TheFruitofTruth All of those are heroic and meaningful. GFL's deaths just shown you are powerless and small. Also, GFL have actual deaths...where the hell are you getting all the fake deaths? Sure, the dolls can be backed up but that is not always a guaranteed in the events where that matter, and the important protag team(s) can't be backed up and just barely squeezed out a pass to survive. And during that one event, your entire PMC lost 95% ish of its personel because one part of the government decided you are no longer useful and is now a hindrance to be gotten rid of. Also...betrayal, betrayal, and more betrayal. And your ass, the commander, the player stand in, got radiation poison, rescue by your enemy just so they could torture you again and again.... All of that without stopping. That we have to outsource slice of life and breaks to seperated non-canon "Healing Chapters" anime. Or some Christmas and Valentite events.... Yeah...no. I don't agree with you.

@@rpk321 the fake deaths are like AR15 fakes her death claiming to blow herself up but gets out being saved by Defy then M16A1 fakes her death as well but instead joins Mastermind but everyone believes she’s dead. And yeah the Commander loses his forces but they don’t really die everyone was backed up before battle knowing they’d die but AR team can’t back up they’re all one of a kind but none of them die at all. They all just disappear to reappear later on. And yeah you get Betrayed but betrayal is in Arknights as well only those betrayed are in Reunion. No one in Rhodes Island betrays anyone cause they trust the Doctor but the same is said for GFL no one betrays you whose actually part of the main group aside from M16 betrayal
