After only 2 minutes of changing your body state, your brain starts to release chemicals that match your posture.... so if you want to feel uplifted, slow down your breath and simply lift up your body!

And then once it's there, go head and activate those hips (your creative center) to feel even MORE like the powerful, sexy, bad ass conscious creator that you are!
