Why not start with the bear?

I gave my new to me 1972 CB125S Honda a shakedown cruise..... 14 hours of riding 260 miles there and 260 miles back...plus an hour spent with a friend who had sold me the bike which had belonged to his father. Later I took it on a 700 mile cruise over 3 days... Hondas love travelling...... but it pays to get a genuine sheepskin and pad that seat for the trips.

Good idea Rubber rots and stainless steel braided lines can fail. Do the work, before the work does you in. Good tips brother. And F$@& o-rings. Sneaky little buggars

Love mine, except the suspension is a big let-down. Wilbers 640 road (+15mm) being installed next week! Sad the dealer got it wrong (but you didn't), this bike (in the EU anyway) is tuned to 95HP/110 Tq, the R9T is 110HP... Think it has something to do with allowing for a massive detune to make the bike available for the EU A2 license holders (47HP max)..

I didn't realize so many locations we're in hood of my teen years. @7:00 back in high school we used to run wind sprints for track up the access trail on that spillway. @15:00 back in the day it was the Octopus Car Wash and one of the only full car washes in the city Interestingly, the location of the NA meetings is in the basement of an old, old church down by the University where they have actual NA meetings.

I am just about to do the same thing but tell me, why did you not just fit an entire front end from a Himalayan? 21 inch wheel and all? Thats what I am doing and am just upgrading the forks with Andreani internals tuned for the 650 and my weight. Also upgrading the front calliper/master cylinder to a Brembo. All easy stuff to do. Rear shocks more of a problem, but YSS do a custom extra long shock or I will use the Triumph Ohlin (OEM only) 200mm shocks for the 1200 XC.

You can heat up copper gaskets and they will work like new, no painting required.
