Thank you for your comment Johan. The whole of Las Colinas is gated and secure with only one access point controlled by security, plus we have 24 hour security that patrol the resort, CCTV etc. Which means in reality all of Las Colinas is very secure including Lima.

It's reasonable but at the same time it's a massive pity the guest bedrooms are so small, if I had guests over I'd put them on the master.

The gardens are lovely, it is a good size plot.

I just checked in the video - you did not miss the price. It's not there. From memory of the UA-cam notification I recall €665,000, but might be wrong. Plus this apartment is not yet on their web site - just looked for Liminero 29 - 12 and could not find it.

@@ianburton9223 Hi Ian thank you for taking the time to comment. The average community fee of €200 is per month. Which is comparable to many golf resorts in Spain and is very reasonable once all is taken into consideration especially the 24 hour security that Las Colinas owners benefit from.

matter of perspective. a place like this in Mexico would be 500 USD/ month in fees
