Planet Coaster is a simulation and management game developed by Frontier Developments, released on November 17, 2016, for PC and later adapted for consoles in 2020 under the title Planet Coaster: Console Edition. The game allows players to design, build, and manage their own amusement parks, with a high level of creative freedom.
Here's a fairly sized theme park that took me about 2 months to build, based on a civilization that once lived in my homeland.
