      Imovie you use a camera to record the thermomix screen then use split screen

    You broke my heart when you broke your pasta in half. 💔 Is the olive oil really necessary in the Thermomix when cooking spaghetti? I only ask because I don’t use it when I cook pasta in a pot but I know some people do. Does the oil form part of the ‘sauce’ by coating the pasta with oil before adding the Thermi sauce? I hope you know what I mean? 😊

    Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into making this video happen! I loved it. I’m about to buy a Thermomix TM6 and was just surfing UA-cam to find out the sorts of things I can use one for. It’s a large investment so it’s important that you’re sure you’ll use it; I’m a good cook & while I adore cooking, I hate cooking when I’m busy so the Thermomix will save time when I can’t be bothered and I haven’t taken anything out of the freezer. It will also help me make some cool recipes that will elevate my cooking. I used to put a LOT of effort into making gnocchi so I didn’t make it often. My husband is going to love the Thermomix! Thanks so much once again. 😊💕

      Hi :) I always use fresh but in saying that was unable to get sage once and used dried and it was perfect.

    My stock turns out dark in colour. I might have put too much parsley. Not sure if it still be good to use as stock for soup.

      It will always look different depending on veggies herbs etc. the one I just made is very dark in colour . I love adding extra herbs so don’t worry it will be perfect

    Thanks for the video, I’m making some tomorrow. The tip about cleaning the bowl at the end and using the “cleaning” water - because it is essentially now liquid stock - is brilliant - I probably would have thrown it out! (Also, I save all my jars too - I love to make relish, pickles and occasionally jam so being able to recycle perfectly good jars is a bonus)

      Hi :) several months in the fridge and longer in the freezer. The salt acts as a preservative
