@@mikehoward8995 if you don’t have any experience in the industry like me I’d suggest specifically targeting trainee or apprentice type of positions. Should you get an interview, I’d say what got me the job was truly being prepared. As I stated I have ZERO experience in this field however I researched my company as well as what the day to day task are so during the interview I was very prepared and slightly ahead of the game for a person that’s never done the job before. Also confidence is key. I had a panel style interview with 4 supervisors and I feel like this is done intentionally to see how you’ll respond to being on the spot so be very confidence and answer all the questions truthfully.

Pro tip, I clicked on this video Assuming that you were going t show maybe a start to finish of the process Lol, I first subscribed after seeing one of your fishing titles regarding fishing in the St Johns River, and just like this video, you dont show the process of catching the fish, only them sitting on a cooler after the catch. Most people watching and subscribing to content do so because they enjoy the process, not snippets. Guaranteed that if you start posting the entire process of throwing the hook out there and pulling the fish back into the boat, your subscribers and viewers will go up tremendiously.I grew up in J'ville but only moved back to Florida after 30+ years of being away, mainly because I love & miss the ocean and fishing. I lived in areas where the ocean wasnt close (Gwinnett/Atlanta GA), only lakes. Watching UA-cam fishing videos put the fire under me to move back to FL, in which I did move here to Tampa about a year ago. Long story long, post the entire pleasure of fishing or anything you post because people click on the thumbnail to learn something or just to enjoy the process of whatever that thumbnail depict the content is about. Keep making and posting content and people will watch! Thank you for your content.
