Box Breathing: The Simple Stress Management Technique You NEED To Know
You can calm stress and anxiety in as little as 1 minute with Box Breathing (aka Square Breathing).
Your breath affects your body and your body affects your mind, so you can influence your emotions through breathing exercises.
There are 4 equal parts to box breathing. The inhale, a hold at the top of the breath, the exhale, and a hold at the bottom of the breath.
Try this simple technique anytime you feel frazzled and what to get more grounded, present, and calm.
