Wonderful video. I recently got a used carbon fiber paddle. It has some nicks and scratches on the face of the blade and there's a spot at the tip edge of the blade where you can feel the layers of carbon are exposed such that I worry it may start peeling. How can you tell when it is time to repair vs. trust the construction of the paddle to hold up. Thanks again for the video. I have this bookmarked.

I have a puncture over the deck pad, i need to remove the pad to properly reapir the puncture correct?

Is that a magic marker that you are using. If so, is there a special variety that you would recommend? Thank you.

Nice job. You are though skipping the hardest part.. the sanding smooth cutting extra cloth etc

couple questions. When you finished you didn't seal the paint so it could chip scratch off? Also the qcell mixture was bubbling on the board is that normal? Is it generating heat?

I cut the block of foam first then trace around it

I take it that you eschewed the sandwich and just used a lot of glass?

What do you use to make the black motifs? A permanent marker or something else?? thx
