This isn't the best solution. When viewed at from extreme angles, the refraction bends in strange ways. Good for a static image, though.
tutorial set up plesss.. thnx men
This is amazing!! the deail of effect is so cool
can u share the PNG texture that u used in this video thanks
Ye man i need that too :(
Thank you. I was in need of something like this. You helped me achieved my own project.
Nice, my friend. Keep doing, I'm waiting for new videos!
Can you upload the project file? I want to buy it
so clean!
and how this import to UE5 properly?
绷不住了,看到最后一键三连。原来是国内的教程
export to blender possible?
喇叭哥!!!!!😄好巧又在这遇到你了
very impressive, I have been trying to do this effect for several days but I still can't get something with this quality, could you tell me what parameters are you using?.. please help I want to remake the scene of constantine's hell and this effect is what I'm missing... I already did something similar with video game tricks you can see it on my channel
I redid the same effect on another channel www.bilibili.com/video/BV1fU4y1S7NM?spm_id_from=333.999.0.0&vd_source=05df05ae885753cbfcd42a20e2e23c8e
@@xiulaba3823 thank you very much friend, you have a new subscriber
Hey could you show your settings please? I'm having a tough time getting these results with the new cloth solver. I have to enable legacy solver to come close to this in R26.

@@xiulaba3823 Thanks so much. That video is for R20 using the legacy cloth solver. I thought you were using the new cloth solver in R26. Looks like the old solver works best for these kinds of cloth tearing simulations.
@@kickheavy8982 I used the R26 GPU to simulate this effect,The method is the same
@@xiulaba3823 Yeah I'm using R26 as well. Yes you're correct, the method is the same, it definitely works. However, the cloth calculates differently than previous versions of Cinema because of R26's new cloth solver. In R26, did you enable the legacy cloth solver setting inside of the cloth tag? That setting makes the cloth tag function like the earlier versions of Cinema. I notice that the cloth tears easier with the legacy cloth solver enabled. It still works either way though.
@@kickheavy8982 I didn't use the old cloth system, most of the parameters of the old cloth have corresponding parameters in the new version, and the new cloth is simpler, but some parameters don't
tutorial please!
In short, everything can be done quite simply through Cloth Belt and Vertex Map to control the "peeling" effect. Actually, you can see the whole setup on the author's video, just without the details.
@@васяпупкин-ъ9п The details that aren't shown are the important part lol. Wish he would have shown them. I can do this with the legacy cloth solver but the new cloth solver it's tough.
@@kickheavy8982 I made a short tut, maybe it will help 😌ua-cam.com/video/gdoSUtYmFcI/v-deo.html
