how is the TA for 95 good enuf?
Ideally, we use the Sun to do 95% TA omen. With both Percival and Zeta, we can do this omen easily. For multiattack rate of characters. MC = 25% (Ultima) + 30% (Fenie's S1 after autorevive) + 10% (EMP) + 7% (UM) + 3% (Class bonus) + 15,30,50% (Base on Trace Lv) Percival = Guaranteed TA Zeta = 30% (Fenie's S1 after autorevive) + 100% (S1 buff if it's turn attack) Fenie = 25% (Ultima) + 30% (Fenie's S1) It's not 100% that someone other than Percival will do TA on 95% omen with Percival's S3. But more attack = more chance :D

Yes, just save FC and CA for Labor. And move carefully between 60-55%.

Yes, with small majesty from LoF and exalto from Overrider, it's should be fine. I see someone remove Crimson Scale too.

I want to ask 1. what weapon is replaced for second lof? 2. if opus not tc250, is it still consisten for 1m damage normal attack? 3. is more overrider is better? and if yes what weapon will be replaced? 4. is agnixqilin for noa 2nd skill buff strat is too overkill for defensive and hard to clear omen for later?
1. Atk awake Mugen's sword 2. Yes, with MC's Trace Lv.3 buff and Percival's passive and weak point debuff. 3. Yes, Overrider for more echo damage. 2 Overrider with TC Agni + Wilnas + Michael or 3 Overrider + Wilnas can use the new Opus Amp NA key. I see someone replace Michael's axe but I will replace another atk awake Mugen's sword for Overrider. 4. Agni x Qilin if your grid is weak and can't survive the early phase. After Noa cast S2 2nd time. Agni x Lucifer is better because you will have 2 Lucifer to heal your team. Or use your Lucifer as the main summon and bring Friend's Agni. You will have 1 open slot for another summon.

Yes, maybe replace with debuff summon, 000 or Agni TC220. I use Yatima for RNG copy Lucifer and the Sun.

Every time the character dies the End bar is reduced even with Autorevive.

Can replace nemone to someone else?
Yes, you can replace Nemone with someone that help you team survive because S.Kumbhrira and MC will take a lot of damage. Athena for more defensive buff and skill spamming. Anila is fine too, she has useful buff and debuff help a lot in lower grid. Sorry for late comment.
